Who is Habsa Bichara Tiara?
Habsa Bichara Tiara is a sociologist, specialist in rural sociology and civil society. Graduate of the Faculty of Arts, Letters and Human Sciences (FALSH) of the University of Ngaoundéré in Cameroon. She joined the civil cabinet of the President of the Republic of Chad as Head of Office. Also, in her career plan, the Ministry of Public Health and National Solidarity welcomed her in December 2021 as Deputy Director of the Technical Directorate for National Solidarity and Interventions.
